What is your shipping policy and estimated delivery time?

Does my SwitchBot product come with a warranty?

Yes, all official SwitchBot hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications.
